Bought something that was not what you thought it would be? No problem, you can return it! Pigeon Patrol makes every effort to best describe what you are purchasing on our website. However, if the bird spike or netting is not what you envisioned, Pigeon Patrol is willing to help make it right.
Please note, when returning a product it must be in full resalable condition and may be subject to a restocking fee between 10% and 25 %.

All goods must be received by us within 30 days of you receiving the product for a refund. Pigeon Patrol will not refund any shipping costs on returned products.
Pigeon Patrol will not accept any returns after 31 days.
Pigeon Patrol cannot be held responsible for any damages that may occur during shipping when a product is being shipped or returned.
If the product you received is not what you ordered, Pigeon Patrol will of course refund the original cost of the product and all shipping costs.
